They should consider better labeling for their buttons.

I don’t know anything beyond what’s been reported, but I would bet a day’s pay that someone had a bunch of one type of button, labeled one for shift change, labeled another for “we’re all gonna die,” and thought that was good enough.

We have 50 of the coverless buttons in the store room, why pay money for a covered button?

the problem is buttons mate...... us hoomans are genetically hardwired to press em.... specially red ones... everything should be levers or switches... much safer...

False. NK fired a nuclear missile at Hawaii, but the US shot it down with a super secret laser anti-missile weapon that we don’t want revealed yet.
But seriously, they probably need to put a cover on that button or something.

Exactly. Considering the kind of damage sending a warning like this out by accident could cause, you think there’d be more security considerations.
